Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front End Technical Lead to join our teamand take charge of designing and architecting the front-end framework for a newdigital web application. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensiveexperience in the Angular framework and a proven track record of successfullyleading a team of front-end engineers. Experience in assessing digital projectsand estimating front-end work is essential. The ideal candidate will have apassion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional userexperiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of the front-end framework forthe new digital web application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovativesolutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineers, ensuringbest practices and high-quality code.
• Drive the adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks, with afocus on Angular.
• Oversee the establishment of coding standards, tools, and platforms forefficient development and collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural and designprinciples.
• Assess digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front-end work.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to alignon project goals and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability challenges.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team andproduct at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience as a Front End Technical Lead, with a focus on Angular framework.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of front-end engineers.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibilitystandards.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of other front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
