The role focuses on administering and supporting the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments, with an emphasis on stability, upgrades, governance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide primary operational support for the ServiceNow platform

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor platform performance, stability, and overall operational readiness

  
  


• 
  

  Support upgrade preparation, environment validation, and post-upgrade stabilization

  
  


• 
  

  Manage administrative permissions, developer access, and environment-related requests

  
  


• 
  

  Track platform defects, problem records, support cases, and remediation plans through resolution

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Experience with ServiceNow system administration and platform operations

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and release management

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with ServiceNow instance cloning and environment management

  
  


• 
  

  Experience administering ServiceNow integrations and plugins

  
  


• 
  

  Experience providing operational support and working with vendors

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of performance monitoring and platform governance

  
  


• 
  

  Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
