The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities to improve sales cycle efficiency and revenue operations. • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams for AI implementation. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools to address process pain points and deliver measurable operational gains. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities and develop solutions that accelerate revenue cycles. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the business value and ROI of AI implementations. • Foster relationships with technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities. What You'll Need • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Demonstrated success in deploying AI tools that improve employee productivity and operational efficiency. • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application to sales and revenue operations. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes, including CPQ, CLM, and billing. • Experience with AI platforms and frameworks, and strong knowledge of responsible AI principles.
