The Role

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously, guiding them through the entire sales process.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and follow up post-purchase.
• Educate customers on vehicle benefits, financial products, and available financing options.
• Ensure customers understand the operating features of vehicles during test drives.
• Maintain required unit averages, PVR, and VSC standards for the store.

What You'll Need

• A minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent listening, computer, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• A friendly, positive attitude and a strong team-player mentality.
• A professional demeanor and appearance.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• A strong customer service mentality.
