The Role • Provide strategic, tactical, and operational HR support to station management teams. • Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee/labor relations, performance management, and staffing. • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries at the station level. • Maintain HR records, compile statistical reports, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Conduct internal investigations and process unemployment claims. • Assist in preparing HR training materials and conducting training sessions as needed. What You'll Need • HR Management Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. • 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience. • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and practices. • Familiarity with employee relations and all core areas of human resources. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stressful situations. • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
