Associate Food Technologist | Morton, MS, United States | On-site

The Role

  • Employ statistical methods to define product physical parameters.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Meat Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of further processing equipment and packaging technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical principles.
  • Willingness to work varying hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed, and to travel approximately 30%.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
