We're hiring on behalf of a leading organization within the pharmaceutical industry, seeking a Strategic Portfolio & Product Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive launch strategies and portfolio development in a dynamic and innovative environment. The Role

• Analyze and evaluate launch opportunities for originator products, generics, Rx-to-OTC switches, and line extensions.
• Steer product launches in close collaboration with local and regional teams.
• Identify and prioritize future product launches and portfolio expansions.
• Support marketing and sales teams through strategic analysis and forecasting.
• Develop go-to-market strategies based on market and competitive data.
• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards for the management and analysis of launch activities.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in business, science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in an analytical or strategic role within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Consultant, Market Analyst, Portfolio Manager).
• Experience with prescription originator products (Rx) and generics (Gx), particularly in portfolio management, launches, strategic matters, or marketing.
• Strong proficiency with IQVIA databases.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities.
