We are seeking a dedicated physician to join a leading national psychosomatic clinic, recognized as the third-largest in Germany for psychosomatic care. This institution offers comprehensive therapies for adults and adolescents, with a strong focus on innovation and a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

The Role

• Lead the psychosomatic youth station, with the potential to assume full chief physician responsibilities.
• Oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents.
• Represent the chief physician in a senior physician capacity and contribute to station development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary interactions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or at least four years of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Experience or a strong desire to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Enthusiasm for leadership roles and a willingness to be thoroughly trained in management responsibilities.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care in a specialized psychosomatic setting.
