Arrow McLaren is McLaren Racing’s IndyCar team, located in Indianapolis at its new McLaren Racing Center headquarters on the northwest side of the city. The Damper Technician works alongside the damper team and race engineers and is responsible for building all dampers, springs, and third components, including physical assembly and dyno testing. This role requires meticulous attention to detail when assembling high tolerance components.
- 3+ years professional motorsport experience required
- High School or equivalent required
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, organized, and proven experience to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Travel requirements may include race weekends and tests
