Location: Englewood, CO
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise and telecom network infrastructures.
• Lead deployment and integration of High Split, Mid Split, and Low Split architectures.
• Develop and maintain network architecture documents, design diagrams, implementation guides, and field bulletins.
• Troubleshoot complex network, routing, switching, and security-related issues across lab and production environments.
• Validate new technologies, perform feature testing, and resolve defects and bugs.
• Configure and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and network security platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and proactively drive network innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering/Architecture.
• Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS).
• Hands-on experience with High Split, Mid Split, and Low Split network implementations.
• Deep knowledge of network security technologies, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Experience with network design, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
