Role : Business Analyst – Process Automation

Location: Remote
Work Hours: EMEA Time Zone – Mandatory
Experience: 6+ Years

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Process Automation and SAP. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements.
Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
Identify manual and repetitive tasks for automation.
Create process flows, BRDs, user stories, and functional requirements.
Work with automation developers and SAP teams.
Support RPA/Workflow Automation initiatives.
Coordinate testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve SAP-related business processes.

Required Skills:

6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Process Automation / RPA / Workflow Automation experience.
Experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
Working knowledge of SAP business processes.
Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
EMEA working hours availability is mandatory.
