Civil Engineer

What You ll Do:

• 
  

  Support Terafab initiative by helping deliver civil infrastructure for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with project planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, bidding, and construction coordination.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop civil engineering deliverables, including construction drawings, specifications, and calculations.

  
  


• 
  

  Review vendor and engineering designs and participate in 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and local authorities on project updates, meetings, and permitting.

  
  


• 
  

  Support site planning and design for roadways, grading, pavements, utilities, traffic, and stormwater management.

  
  

What You ll Bring:

• 
  

  Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, or professional work.

  
  


• 
  

  EIT certification preferred, with a willingness to pursue PE licensure.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; hydrology and stormwater management software experience is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of civil site design, grading, roadways, utilities, drainage, erosion control, and construction documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or large-scale site development projects is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine interest in supporting advanced semiconductor infrastructure initiatives.

  
  

Pay rate:
110k/ann.-150k/ann.
