Detailed JD:

10-12+ years of Business Analyst experience with 5+ years of Salesforce expertise, including strong knowledge of Experience Cloud, Salesforce Data Model, Security & Sharing, and Reporting & Analytics.

Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user story writing, backlog grooming, and workshop facilitation, working closely with business, technical, and integration teams.

Strong understanding of Banking & Financial Services domain, with experience engaging stakeholders across Sales, Service, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations functions.

Hands-on experience in data quality assessment, data governance, reporting/analytics, sharing & visibility models, and scalable Salesforce solution design.

Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations, with the ability to collaborate across multiple systems and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
