  • Analyze how work is currently performed across teams and determine where standardization is needed
  • Develop future-state process recommendations aligned to business goals
  • Partner with leadership to build business cases supporting investment, scalability, and long-term operational sustainability
  • Quantify operational impacts, efficiencies, and areas of potential ROI
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand process dependencies and future technology needs
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews with strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Produce clear deliverables with minimal direction and operate independently in a fast-changing environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, Business Process Consultant, or related role

  • Proficiency with Visio and process documentation tools
  • Experience working directly with business leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently and "hit the ground running"

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Commercial banking, lending, SBA lending, consumer lending, mortgage lending, or broader financial services experience
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives
  • Process redesign and business transformation experience
  • Familiarity with BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Experience partnering with technology teams to evaluate automation and workflow solutions
