The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your day from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges.
• Act as a proud ambassador for a trusted brand, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service.
• Embrace variety with no two jobs being the same on a daily basis.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent people skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• Willingness to be a problem solver and an ambassador for the brand.
