Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

Senior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation) Location: Fort Dunlop, Birmingham (3 Days in office) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 The Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of initiatives from concept through to delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects<br />Facilitating workshops and gathering business and technical requirements<br />Producing business cases, impact assessments, and process maps<br />Translating business needs into clear deliverables for technical teams<br />Supporting project delivery and change implementation<br />Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation<br />Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organisationAbout You We're looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys operating across both strategic and delivery-focused initiatives.

You'll ideally have:

Proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Analysis across technology and business change projects<br />Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<br />Experience working on digital transformation, automation, data, or AI-related initiatives<br />The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously<br />Experience producing business cases, requirements documentation, and process improvements<br />A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skillsIf you're an experienced Business Analyst looking for a highly visible role where you can help drive digital transformation and business improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
