Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Sector Marketing Consultant with 4 8 years of experience in B2B Public Sector Partner Marketing to support a key enterprise technology client. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in partner marketing, co-marketing, demand generation, GTM strategy, program management, event management, and customer engagement within Federal, State, Local Government, NGO, or Non-Profit environments.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong collaboration with C-suite executives, cross-functional teams, and public sector partners to drive pipeline growth, revenue, and partner engagement. Experience working with AI and technology companies is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 4 8 years of experience in B2B Public Sector Partner Marketing, Co-Marketing, Sales Channel Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience working with Public Sector clients and partners, including Federal, State, Local Government, NGO, or Non-Profit organizations.
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals and driving revenue growth through strategic partner marketing initiatives.
• Strong experience with Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Demand Generation, and Program Management.
• Experience managing partner marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives.
• Strong experience with Executive Communications and Partner Communications.
• Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Marketing Automation.
• Experience using Data Visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or Miro.
• Experience with Project Management tools, including Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Airtable, or SharePoint.
• Experience nurturing ISV Partnerships, preferably within the AI technology ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Must be local to the Washington, D.C. area and able to commute to Reston, VA 1 2 days per week.
• Must be willing to travel up to 10%.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale Public Sector Partner Marketing Programs.
• Manage end-to-end Program Management activities across multiple initiatives.
• Drive Demand Generation and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for public sector partners.
• Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Federal, State, Local, NGO, and Non-Profit partners.
• Create executive-ready communications and presentations for C-suite stakeholders.
• Drive pipeline growth and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Manage partner engagement programs and co-marketing activities.
• Develop performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or Miro.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable business insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Support event management and customer engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen and nurture emerging AI-focused ISV partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, 6Sense, or Bombora.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Automation strategies.
• Experience working within large enterprise technology companies.
• Experience supporting AI-focused technology partnerships.
