Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative 2.

Job Description:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative 2

Job Type: Contract                                                            

Job Location: Hopkinton, MA

Work Schedule: Onsite

Pay Rate: $19, Based on experience

Description:

The Service Dispatch Specialist will be responsible for scheduling, logistics and dispatching technicians when new service calls are opened. This role is integral for maintaining the company database with the most current information and will effectively and professionally communicate with cross-functional teams, leaders and customers to ensure that we are providing world-class customer service.

Must Have Strong Customer Service Background

Skills:

• Strong customer service background.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior dispatching experience preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional education in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Relevant customer service, call center, or dispatching experience may be considered in lieu of additional education.
