Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to lead the design, development, and enhancement of complex enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and experience delivering scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support complex application systems and enhancements.
• Lead technical efforts on large-scale projects and provide guidance to development teams.
• Perform systems analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and code reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and project estimates.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
• Drive project milestones, delivery timelines, and application performance improvements.
• Recommend and evaluate new technologies, tools, and development practices.
• Mentor junior team members and promote development standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or 8+ years of combined education and relevant experience.
• Strong experience in application design, development, and support.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience gathering requirements, implementing system solutions, and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of integrated applications and system architecture.
• Subject matter expertise in supported business domains.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team environment.
