Title: Business Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote)
Duration: 6+ Months
Interview: Webcam
Note: Candidates must currently reside in North Carolina and be available to report onsite on the first day to collect equipment.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support multiple technology initiatives across active and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis activities, testing efforts, procurement-related requirements gathering, and vendor coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage business analysis activities and deliverables across multiple projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
Identify business issues, capabilities, metrics, and improvement opportunities.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation of current-state processes.
Support business case development, market research, and industry benchmarking.
Lead test planning, test execution, and validation activities.
Assist with system implementation and go-live support activities.
Support change management, communications, and user adoption efforts.
Perform PMO-related tasks including project tracking, status reporting, and work plan updates.
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
5+ years of Requirements Management experience.
5+ years of Test Planning and Test Execution Management experience.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred

Experience leading procurement specification development and vendor evaluation activities.
IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.
PMP-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) certification.
Experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
