The Role

• Lead and represent the Obstetrics and Gynecology department, acting as a key deputy to the Chief Physician.
• Utilize specialized expertise in areas such as Advanced Obstetric Care and Perinatal Medicine or Gynecological Oncology.
• Independently perform complex surgical procedures and participate in on-call duties.
• Contribute significantly to the strategic development and future direction of the clinic.
• Foster a collaborative environment and drive advancements in patient care.

What You'll Need

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Readiness to work within a Level 2 Perinatal Center.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a medical team.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, open communication, and a positive workplace culture.
• Desire to actively represent the clinic both internally and externally.
