Job Description

We're looking for a strategic technology leader to shape and lead ENGIE's B2C Technology function. You'll be responsible for delivering secure, reliable and scalable technology platforms while driving digital transformation, operational excellence and high-performing teams that support customer and business outcomes.

  • Lead the B2C Technology function across engineering, delivery, testing, release and service management.
  • Drive the delivery and ongoing operation of digital products and platforms that improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps, capability strategies and operating models that support business priorities.
  • Establish governance, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement processes to ensure effective delivery of technology initiatives.
  • Manage technology partners and vendors, ensuring performance, quality, risk and commercial outcomes are achieved.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, operational excellence and modern Agile delivery practices.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs, including transitioning technology capabilities from external partners to internal teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, application lifecycle management and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience establishing and improving engineering, testing, release management and service management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cyber security, technology risk and governance, with the ability to embed security and compliance into delivery practices.
  • Proven success building and leading technology teams, developing capability, managing vendors and driving measurable business outcomes.
