Role :SAP Plant Maintenance

Duration: 6 months - hybrid

Location : Parsippany, NJ or Paulsboro, NJ

 Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced IT Business/Functional Analyst to support Refinery and Logistics Plant Maintenance and Engineering operations, focusing on SAP PM improvements, integrations, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP PM improvement initiatives from requirements through design, build, testing, training, deployment, and sustainment.
• Support SAP Plant Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Work Management processes.
• Configure/develop SAP solutions and coordinate with third-party vendors and IT teams.
• Identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports.
• Support and enhance SAP PM integrations with other applications.
• Work with Maintenance and Engineering teams across multiple locations/departments.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective business solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of SAP PM/MM Business or Functional Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM configuration and maintenance processes.
• Experience with SAP integrations and applications such as MM, WM, FI, CO, PS, BW, Prometheus, PaSTA, and PCMS.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Power BI and MS Office.

Preferred:

• Plant Maintenance/Maintenance or Engineering background.
• Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, or Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience supporting Routine Maintenance, Reliability, Inspections, Electrical, Fixed Equipment, and other maintenance functions.
