Job description

Join a structured trainee program to develop skills in selling individual insurance products and building a financial practice. The role includes sales training, client prospecting, product education, application and underwriting coordination, and mentorship, with required insurance licensing and securities licensing within 24 months.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training, classroom discussions, goal setting, and progress evaluations.
  • Market and sell individual insurance products to prospective clients.
  • Build prospecting skills through research, targeting, networking, community events, and social media.
  • Develop knowledge of insurance product features and benefits.
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate application paperwork with field and home office teams.
  • Support application processing and underwriting to completion.
