Senior Project Manager Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite) Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus The opportunity<br />We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital platforms and large-scale website programmes within a growing, employee-owned digital agency.

This role is suited to someone who thrives on ownership. You will lead multi-workstream projects from discovery through to launch, working across integration-heavy platforms, ecommerce and payment journeys, logged-in experiences, complex CMS builds and content-rich website rebuilds.

You will operate at the centre of delivery, aligning clients, technical teams and third-party partners while maintaining control of scope, timelines, budgets and commercial performance.

What you will be doing<br />As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for end-to-end delivery across complex digital projects, ensuring clarity, control and commercial rigour throughout. Key responsibilities include:

Leading projects from discovery and definition through to launch and handover<br />Creating and maintaining delivery plans, timelines, critical paths and project governance<br />Managing RAID, dependencies, release planning and multiple workstreams<br />Managing scope, budgets, forecasting, profitability and change control<br />Coordinating developers, designers, clients and third-party partners<br />Working closely with technical leads across integrations, authentication, data flows and ecommerce functionality<br />Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and managing expectations<br />Managing resourcing, project reporting and account health<br />Overseeing QA, testing, content migration and successful handover<br />Supporting and mentoring more junior Project Managers<br />What we are looking for<br />Essential experience:

Proven experience leading large and complex digital projects end to end<br />Experience delivering integration-heavy platforms, ecommerce/payment journeys, logged-in experiences or complex CMS websites<br />Experience managing multi-workstream projects, ideally in the (phone number removed)+ hour range<br />Strong project governance including RAID, dependencies, critical paths and change control<br />Strong senior client and stakeholder management<br />Commercial ownership across budgets, forecasting, profitability and invoicing<br />Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and third-party partners<br />Confidence working closely with technical teams and understanding technical dependencies<br />Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment<br />Desirable experience:

Digital agency or client-services background<br />Complex content migrations and large content estates<br />Agile, Waterfall and phased delivery experience<br />People leadership or mentoring experience<br />About you<br />You’ll be an experienced digital Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of complex, high-stakes delivery.

You’ll be organised, commercially aware and confident managing senior clients, technical teams and multiple workstreams. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be technically confident enough to ask the right questions, understand dependencies and translate complexity into clear plans and communication.
