Sales Executive
Location:
Southampton
Salary: Competitive DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:30pm + every other Saturday (8:00am 12:00pm, reducing as the team grows)

We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy, successful team in Southampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, winning business and delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
  • Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately.
  • Manage orders from enquiry through to completion.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts.
  • Support trade counter sales and face-to-face customer service.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
Experience needed for the Sales Executive:
  • Previous sales or industry experience is essential.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organised and commercially driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills with experience managing customer data and orders.
