Overview
Global brand shoot in NYC requiring a streamlined, well-coordinated production across pre-production, shoot and wrap.
Production Focus
- Confirm crew, talent, locations and key vendors
- Manage permits, insurance, equipment and logistics
- Build and maintain production schedule and budget
- Coordinate client/agency requirements
- Manage transport, catering and on-set logistics
- Prepare call sheets and production paperwork
- Ensure smooth daily run and clear team communication
- Plan contingencies for weather, locations and schedule changes
- Manage wrap, returns and final cost reconciliation
Priority: Safe, efficient production with strong communication and a high level of client service.
