• *The Role**
• Manage the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including recalibrating driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" responsible for technical operations, upholding company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and oversee order processing and scheduling.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented, manage inventory, and maintain audit-ready standards.

• *What You'll Need**
• A completed vocational trade apprenticeship with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to complete the required certification or already be a certified "Betriebsleiter (HWK)".
• A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and proficiency in PC operations for administrative tasks.
• A customer-centric and service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and foster trusting relationships.
