Job Description:

1. WM vs. EWM Solution Assessment: Evaluate the client’s warehouse management requirements and existing SAP S/4HANA 2020 landscape to recommend the most suitable solution—SAP WM, Stock Room Management, Embedded EWM, or Decentralized EWM—considering functionality, scalability, licensing, and long-term SAP roadmap.
2. Business Process Analysis & Blueprint: Lead requirements-gathering workshops with warehouse, inventory, procurement, and logistics teams. Analyze current processes and design optimized To-Be processes covering goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, stock transfers, physical inventory, and warehouse operations.
3. Solution Architecture & Integration: Design end-to-end warehouse management processes integrated with SAP MM, SD, Inventory Management, and relevant third-party systems. Prepare solution architecture, functional specifications, process flows, and integration requirements.
4. Hands-On SAP WM/EWM Expertise: Demonstrate strong configuration and implementation experience in SAP WM and EWM, preferably with S/4HANA 2020 or later. Provide guidance on warehouse structures, storage types, bins, handling units, RF/mobile transactions, and warehouse automation where applicable.
5. Implementation Roadmap & Stakeholder Advisory: Present a clear WM-versus-EWM recommendation to client leadership, including fit-gap analysis, implementation complexity, estimated effort, risks, costs, and a phased implementation roadmap. Support subsequent configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and knowledge transfer.
