Position: CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead Location: North Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Client: Pharmaceutical Client Type: Contract - (C2C, W2, 1099)

Job Overview:
Client is seeking an onsite CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead to join the core project team. The resource will work closely with the Client Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Salesforce Team, and business stakeholders while partnering with Deloitte as the implementation SI. Responsibilities include requirements management, fit-gap analysis, end-to-end business process validation, Salesforce/PROS CPQ/Conga CLM integration coordination, SIT/UAT leadership, defect management, business readiness support, and ensuring Client business requirements are successfully delivered through the implementation lifecycle. This is an Client-side functional leadership and testing governance role rather than a hands-on development or configuration role.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
3+ years supporting CPQ and/or CLM implementations.
Experience leading UAT and end-to-end testing programs.
Experience working with System Integrators.
Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
