Engineering Lead (Platform & Architecture) This full-time, onsite opportunity west of Boston is with a growing technology organization that develops advanced software and connected systems for complex real-world applications. The team is looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to help drive application modernization efforts, architect scalable platforms, and guide the adoption of cloud-native technologies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Java, Python, microservices, and cloud infrastructure who enjoys balancing hands-on development with technical leadership.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience

• CI/CD pipeline development and automation experience
• Background working in Agile environments
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
