The Role

• Assist store management in daily operations and achieving sales goals.
• Support the training and development of sales associates.
• Uphold company policies, standards, and provide coaching to staff.
• Supervise store operations and loss prevention in the absence of management.
• Ensure a fun, full-service customer experience and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic store environment.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A strong desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
