Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist- Day or Overnight Shift

Compensation: $26–$32 per hour

Schedule Options

We are hiring for two full-time schedules:

• Day Shift: 11am-8pm
• Overnight Shift: 3pm-12am

The listed schedules are the standard hours for each position. While consistent availability during these hours is expected, the firm may consider limited scheduling adjustments on a case-by-case basis, depending on business and staffing needs.

About the Role

We’re looking for compassionate, driven, and highly organized Intake Specialists to join our growing team at Block LLP. We are currently hiring for both day and overnight shifts. Candidates will be considered for their preferred shift and are not required to be available for both.

As an Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance after an accident or injury. You will play a critical role in helping potential clients take the first step toward obtaining legal representation by gathering important case information, evaluating potential claims, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping people, communicates effectively over the phone, and can build trust and rapport with individuals during difficult situations.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients seeking legal assistance
• Conduct detailed intake interviews in both English and Spanish
• Gather accident, injury, treatment, insurance, and liability information
• Assess potential cases based on firm criteria and escalate urgent matters when necessary
• Guide prospective clients through the intake and onboarding process
• Coordinate follow-up communications
• Build trust and rapport with callers while providing compassionate support
• Accurately document client information and maintain detailed notes within the firm's case management system
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
• Support additional intake and administrative functions as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 1 year of legal intake experience
• Experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm or legal environment
• Familiarity with CRM, intake, or case management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently during the assigned shift
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and follow-up tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
