AI Data Scientist

? Senior-level AI Data Scientist supporting AI organization; this is not a traditional Data Scientist role focused primarily on statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
? Role sits at the intersection of AI strategy/advisory, technical evaluation, governance, and hands-on AI?they need someone who can help determine where and how to use AI.
? GenAI + Agentic AI are critical ? looking for strong experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, model evaluation, and modern enterprise AI solutions.
? Multi-cloud AI experience is a must: candidate needs credible familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Microsoft/Azure AI ecosystems; they don't need to be an expert in every individual product/model.
? A major responsibility will be evaluating AI use cases, models, platforms, and solutions?understanding strengths/weaknesses, determining fit, and helping recommend the right approach.
? AI governance/Responsible AI is important: model evaluation, accuracy, bias/fairness, explainability, risk, monitoring, security, and establishing appropriate governance practices.
? They need to be technically credible and capable of prototyping/building, but this is not a heads-down AI Engineer role. Most of their time will be spent evaluating, testing, advising, enabling, and guiding solutions rather than owning development.
? Strong business communication and executive presence are essential. This person will work with business/technology leaders and could eventually join leadership in client-facing AI conversations.
? Ideal background is someone who started with a strong Data Science/ML technical foundation and has evolved into broader GenAI, Agentic AI, cloud AI, governance, and advisory work. Healthcare/PBM experience is a plus, not the core requirement.
