Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

\n

• Java Ecosystem: Deep expertise in core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA,

\n

and RESTful APIs.

\n

• Architecture Patterns: Proven experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures,

\n

and distributed systems.

\n

• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

\n

and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

\n

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to

\n

explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders

\n\n

Roles & Responsibilities:

\n

• System Design: Design high-level and low-level architectural blueprints for Java-based applications,

\n

ensuring scalability, high availability, and security.

\n

• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and

\n

conduct design and code reviews.

\n

• Technology Evaluation: Research emerging technologies, build proof-of-concepts, and

\n

evaluate their applicability to business goals.

\n

• Integration & Migration: Develop strategies to integrate Java systems with external APIs, databases, or

\n

legacy systems, as well as cloud migration.

\n

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, DevOps, and senior

\n

stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
