Construction Engineer
Location: Temple Terrace, FL (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Construction Engineer to manage and oversee construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous network infrastructure projects. This role involves comprehensive financial management of projects from the initial proposal and bid stages through to the receipt of the final product or service. The successful candidate will coordinate schedule management, maintain financial oversight, and interface regularly with vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects.
• Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate financial tracking on a daily basis.
• Interface regularly with vendors via structured calls and meetings to align on project milestones.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, tracking, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with external vendors.
• Perform detailed equipment audits at general contractor warehouses to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Utilize specialized computer systems and tools to navigate project management databases.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: Five to seven years of targeted experience in construction management is required. This must include three to five years of experience with equipment planning at the cell site level for macro new builds or macro modifications, preferably within Ericsson markets, as well as three to five years of experience coordinating equipment logistics and performing warehouse audits.
Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with computers and database navigation is required. Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Word, is necessary to complete documentation and reporting tasks.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing telecom-specific project management and ERP tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.
