Product Analyst

Product Analyst - £50,000-£55,000 Office-Based We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and key business stakeholders to help shape and improve our products through customer insight and data-driven decision making.

What you'll be doing:

Gather and document business and user requirements, translating them into actionable product requirements.<br />Analyse customer feedback, product usage and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements.<br />Work alongside Product Managers to prioritise features and maintain the product backlog.<br />Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.<br />Collaborate with Engineering, Design and QA throughout the product lifecycle.<br />Monitor product performance using data and KPIs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.<br />Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.<br />Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst within a product-led environment.<br />Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.<br />Experience writing user stories and gathering requirements.<br />Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.<br />Experience working within Agile teams.<br />Knowledge of SQL or product analytics tools would be advantageous.
