Job Description

Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager III
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA(Hybrid)
Duration :Long Term


Looking for an infrastructure Project Manager who will manage various IT infrastructure needs of our customer. This role requires solid infrastructure skills to manage complex infrastructure projects and manage multiple work streams and complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships and development of the Project Plan
  • Manage Project Progress/Acceptance
  • Evaluate & Improve Project Performance
  • Assessing the requirements of the project and recommending suitable IT components
  • Recommend upgrades and new systems
  • Prepare Plan and status report for IT infrastructure projects
  • Monitoring of project KPI''s to ensure compliance and prevent breaches.
  • Formulating procedures and policies for optimum utilization of IT infrastructure resources
  • Supervise IT staff, consultants, vendors, and suppliers
  • Meeting with IT managers/analysts of different departments and assessing IT infrastructure needs
Required skills
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar technical field from an accredited institution required.
  • Direct work experience in a Infrastructure project management capacity, utilizing standard project management tools including all aspects of plan development and execution in both technical and functional settings.
  • Experience in healthcare is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge or experience with Lean methodologies a plus.
  • Actively manage a critical path which allows for a line of sight into risk/issues before they have project/program impact
  • Knowledge of Cisco Infra Products, PowerCenter/Power Exchange, ISIM/ISAM, Sailpoint IIQ, CA workload Automation, SQL Server, WebSphere, DataPower, LDAP, Corticon Rules Engine etc.
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills
  • Ability to keep up with latest developments in the field and upgrade IT infrastructure
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and understanding the value of a baseline
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
