Account Executive Online Sales

CMG Home Loans is hiring an Account Executive for our Wholesale and Select Partner Channel. Will own a defined territory and portfolio of accounts. Serves as primary point of contact delivering strategic guidance and client service.

Provide consultative guidance on loan structuring and scenarios.
~Manage pipeline to drive consistent applications, approvals, and closings.
~Deliver training on products, guidelines, and systems.
~Analyze account performance and execute growth strategies.
~Travel within territory to support relationship development.
~Meet or exceed sales and production goals.
3 to 7+ years of wholesale mortgage or TPO experience.
~Established broker network preferred.
~Strong mortgage product and guideline knowledge.
~Advanced CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
~Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
~Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required. For residents of the states of CA & CO, and for NY + other areas requiring disclosure:
A large portion of an Account Executive’s compensation is commission based. New account incentives based on early production metrics.
