What You'll Be Doing

As part of our agency team, your primary focus will be connecting with prospective customers, generating new business, and helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating new sales opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers through phone calls, referrals, provided leads, and other prospecting activities

• Learning about customer needs through meaningful conversations and identifying opportunities to provide appropriate coverage

• Preparing and presenting insurance quotes for Auto, Home, Life, Business, and additional insurance products, as appropriately licensed

• Turning prospects into customers by explaining coverage options, addressing questions, and confidently asking for the sale

• Following up consistently with potential customers, outstanding quotes, and previous leads

• Expanding existing customer relationships by identifying opportunities for additional coverage and policy reviews

• Managing your sales pipeline using agency systems to track customer information, conversations, and follow-up activities

• Working toward sales and production goals while contributing to the overall growth of the agency

• Continuing to develop your skills through training, coaching, and hands-on experience
