Orthopedic Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Fort Pierce

Looking for Your Next Outpatient PT Role?

A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available in an orthopedic outpatient office in Stuart, Florida.

The position pays $88,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, and follows a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Therapists can expect to see approximately 1–2 patients per hour.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with patients who are trying to improve mobility and function after injury, surgery, or other orthopedic conditions.

Treatment will vary depending on the patient. One person may need help restoring range of motion after a procedure, while another may be working on strength and stability before returning to work or recreational activity.

You'll use your clinical judgment to determine what each patient needs and how their treatment should progress.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and establish appropriate physical therapy goals
  • Treat common orthopedic conditions and injuries
  • Build exercise programs around individual patient needs
  • Progress strengthening and functional activities as appropriate
  • Address mobility and range-of-motion limitations
  • Provide patient education throughout treatment
  • Monitor response to therapy and make changes when necessary
  • Complete reevaluations and progress reports
  • Maintain clear and accurate patient records
  • Current Physical Therapist License
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT Degree
  • Previous outpatient physical therapy experience
