The Role

• Setting up milling machines/boring mills according to work plans
• Loading and adjusting CNC programs and cutting tools
• Equipping milling machines/boring mills with large assemblies/workpieces
• Inspecting large assemblies/workpieces and production documents for completeness
• Performing zero point settings and checking processing parameters
• Executing machining of large assemblies/workpieces and adjusting correction values

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a cutting mechanic, specializing in milling technology, boring mill milling/turning, or tool mechanic with a focus on milling
• Several years of experience in cutting operations
• Specific knowledge of "Siemens 840D" machine control
• Experience in selecting, assembling, measuring, and inspecting cutting tools
