We're hiring for a trusted national automotive assistance provider with a heritage spanning over 125 years, dedicated to keeping drivers moving through innovation and exceptional member service.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members in need.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, offering flexibility and a great work-life balance.
• Act as a confident brand ambassador, providing reassurance to members during stressful situations.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
