We are seeking a high-potential, tech-savvy Mid-Level Developer or PhD Graduate who can rapidly immerse
themselves in the world of natural colours. This is a high-velocity role designed for an ambitious person who
doesn't just work in a lab, but actively seeks to modernize the development landscape. You will bridge the gap
between advanced food chemistry and cutting-edge digital technology, helping us redefine how B2B colour
solutions are developed, scaled, and optimized.

Your tasks

• Project support to implement the new portfolio management strategy
• Drive own tasks to improve processes
• Analysis of portfolio Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Preparation and update of project documentation
• Preparation and execution of trainings

Your profile

• Studies of Ecotrophology, Beverage Technologies, Food Chemistry
• Open to work in an international team
• Structured and responsible way of working
• Fluent English skills, additional languages are welcome
• IT knowledge for MS Office and interest to work with diverse IT-systems
