Business Development Manager/Sales - Stormwater / Plumbing / Piping

A well-established Australian stormwater and drainage solutions provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across Victoria.

This role suits someone with a strong background in plumbing, drainage or piping products, who understands the trade and distribution environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

The Role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Civilplumbing, drainage and piping sectors


• Identify and generate new business opportunities, driving sales growth within your region


• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, working closely with internal operations and project teams


• Support clients with technical and product knowledge, leveraging prior reseller, trade or distribution experience


• Represent the business professionally in the market and contribute to ongoing commercial strategy

About You

• Background in stormwater, plumbing, drainage or piping solutions


• Experience in a BDM, sales or account management role


• Proven ability to generate leads, win new business and grow accounts


• Experience working with resellers or trade distribution networks ishighly regarded


• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated, commercially astute and comfortable working autonomously
