Technical BSA Needed with AML and Banking OR Developer with SQL,API Microservices, and Database Development that has Banking and wants to become a BSA.

Role Requirements & Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must be highly technical and capable of navigating a high-pressure, regulatory-heavy environment. She is looking for a very Technical BSA.

• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possessing significant "mental fortitude."  

• Open to a developer (3-5 years of experience) who wants to be a BSA, AML would not be required for a developer. Technical Skills: Strong preference for candidates with developer backgrounds (SQL, database development, or API/microservices experience). Willing to trade specific AML experience for high-level technical/data-mining skills.

• Industry Experience: Financial industry experience with AML/BSA knowledge is highly preferred. Banking and transactional experience is a baseline requirement.
