Role: Azure/Google Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Azure DevOps and Google Cloud Platform DevOps to design implement and manage scalable DevOps solutions across cloud platforms

Design implement and manage end-to-end DevOps pipelines and infrastructure on Azure and Google Cloud Platform Google Cloud Platform Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to enable continuous integration continuous delivery CICD and automation Develop and maintain infrastructure as code IaC using tools such as Azure Resource Manager ARM templates and Google Cloud Platform Deployment Manager Ensure security compliance and governance standards are met within DevOps processes Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure high availability and cost efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build deployment and cloud infrastructure Mentor and guide junior team members on DevOps best practices and cloud technologies Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in Azure and Google Cloud Platform DevOps ecosystems

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design configuration and management of Azure DevOps and Google Cloud Platform DevOps pipelines repositories and artifacts

Automate infrastructure provisioning configuration management and deployment processes across Azure and Google Cloud Platform

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate DevOps practices into software development lifecycle

Implement and maintain CICD pipelines ensuring smooth and reliable application releases

Monitor DevOps environments and cloud infrastructure to proactively identify and resolve issues

Enforce source control policies and manage code migrations to maintain code integrity

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment frequency lead time and recovery time

Document DevOps processes configurations and standards to maintain knowledge base and compliance

Act as an escalation point for complex production and platform issues related to DevOps and cloud infrastructure
