The following requirement is open with our client.                             

Title                                     :  JAMF L3 Engineer / Senior Apple Endpoint Engineer

Location                             : Remote

Pay Rate                             : $33/hr

Duration                            : 6 Months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 3+yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and support enterprise JAMF Pro & macOS environments.

Provide L3 troubleshooting for Apple endpoint issues.

Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment.

Handle application packaging, deployment, patching, and OS upgrades.

Develop automation using Bash/Shell/Python.

Integrate and manage JAMF with Microsoft Intune/UEM.

Support Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP & SSO.

Manage endpoint security using Defender, CrowdStrike, Okta, etc.

Follow ITIL Incident, Change & Problem Management processes.
