Automotive Glass Technician with Leadership Role | Munich, Germany | On-site

The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) calibration.
• Assume responsibility as a site manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical operations, adherence to standards, and daily planning.
• Provide exceptional customer service, from initial consultation to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and order processing.
• Ensure quality control, conduct inventory, and maintain audit-ready standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake a proficiency test or possess existing site management certification (HWK).
• A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and PC usage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
