Senior Manager Global Event Production

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager Global Event Production in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Agenda & Content Project Management:

• Own the conference agenda framework and logistics across all content delivered at the event
• Lead recurring cross-functional planning meetings to track progress, manage dependencies, oversee session logistics, identify risks, and ensure all content remains on schedule
• Manage project timelines and production specifications for presentation decks, videos, demos, and technical assets across all conference programming

AV & Production Management:

• Lead the strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution of all audiovisual production across the org's global conferences, including keynotes, breakouts, trainings, ad-hoc meetings, expo halls, networking events, and off-site experiences
• Manage multimillion-dollar AV budgets and oversee vendor procurement and contract negotiations; Review equipment rentals, production schedules, and crew plans to ensure alignment with budget and technical requirements
• Lead technical planning for all event staging, LED displays, lighting, audio, video playback, rigging, power distribution, and internet requirements
• Develop comprehensive production documentation, including run-of-show schedules, technical cue sheets, production timelines and equipment requirements

Executive Keynote Production:

• Project manage executive keynote development from concept through live delivery, coordinating timelines, show flow, and cross-functional collaboration across executive speakers, content, product, product marketing, and creative teams
• Drive accountability for keynote deliverables, proactively managing dependencies, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring executive approval of messaging, presentations, and supporting content

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in event production, with a focus on audiovisual and keynote production
• Cross-functional project management
• Executive stakeholder management
• Audiovisual production management
• Timeline and dependency management
• Budget ownership and financial management
• Vendor and contract management
• Problem solving in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
